I am French I studied in France in Nice at the Carros cfa. I did a pastry course for 2 years, then an additional mention in chocolate, ice cream, confectionery and more refined pastry for 1 year. These 3 years I worked in a local bakery then in a large hotel in Nice and in a chocolate factory. After my apprenticeship I worked in the Hermitage hotel in Monaco, then I went to Israel for a pastry training, I worked at the Ritz Carlton Herzylia. I worked at the hotel orient in jerusalem and at a large restaurant on such aviv TOTO.
